Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Crafty Dad LLC. While we hope you love every purchase, we understand that sometimes things might not work out. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

Returns:

• You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at isaac@craftydadllc.com. Provide your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipping for Returns:

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note, that we will refund the full amount minus the original shipping cost.
